  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date .

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (different from what you ordered) .

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized goods .

  • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books) .

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance .

2. The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Me:​ Email me at support@novastride.store​ with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, photos are very helpful .

  2. Receive Instructions:​ I will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return address and any specific instructions.

  3. Ship the Item:​ Please ship the item back to the address I provide. I recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches me .

3. Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved Refunds:​ Will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time:​ Please allow up to 5-7 business days​ for the refund to process and appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider .

  • Deductions:​ Refunds will typically be for the purchase price. Unless the return is due to my error (e.g., wrong item sent), original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility .

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or not in their original condition .

  • Any non-returnable item listed above.

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to my error).
